I am a professional Coach with 20+ years' experience in Life and Business coaching . My Mission: To help my clients identify their full potential and attain the life they desire and deserve.

I have been fortunate in having a uniquely varied professional career path which has provided me experience and knowledge in multiple business fields. My career has included teaching, founding and owning a successful design business, being Executive Director for a large Non Profit organization, Senior Vice President with an international, corporate consulting firm and President of a regional Human Resource consulting firm.

In life and business I have had the privilege of coaching hundreds of people. My life has been greatly enriched when I can help a client move from "where they are to where they want to be" As a coach, I provide a safe space of nonjudgmental listening, empathetic caring, clarity, accountability and guidance to help my clients plan and implement lasting change. Working with a coach requires commitment to grow and hard work, but it is well worth the effort.

I founded Balance of Life Coaching to help people experience the freedom that living a life in balance can offer. My life experience has been filled with amazing highs and devastating lows. Each experience has shaped my philosophy of life and given me a passion to help others find personal success and satisfaction.
