I work with parents to help them air out their challenges, reconnect with their strengths, tune into their dreams for their family, and move in the direction of better outcomes. I work with families in the throes of major struggles and with parents who are feeling good and want to up their game.

Families come in all shapes and sizes and Parent Coaching can work for anyone with kiddos, whether those kids are just a few months old or pushing 50. The relationship between parents and their children is foundational and it's never too late or too early to work on making it the best it can be for everyone involved.

I work with single parents, co-parents, grandparents, community-members-who-have-stepped-in-to-raise-kids, etc. If you are someone's primary caretaker and looking to make positive change, I'd love to work with you.
