Kelly Rafferty

Seeing people genuinely happy, healthy, and living their best fulfilled life (or at least on their way to it!) is my passion. Guiding people through curated strategies around personal wellness goals is my jam. Hi. My name is Kelly, and I am a mom, partner and professional healthcare executive who wants to walk along side you as you reach for your goals, big and small.

My background is interesting: Bachelor of science in microbiology and cell science, minor in chemistry, doctorate in pharmacy (Yes! I am also a licensed pharmacist!), 15 years + in the healthcare and leadership fields, change management ninja and certified life and health coach. Working with me, you get a mix of logical steps, experiential exercises, and action items along with compassion, understanding, and non-judgement. We have all been there. We have all self-identified one change or another in our lifetimes and recognize that sometimes, we need a little assistance.

Lots of information about your strategist: Has hobbies! (certified PADI diver, swimmer, runner, vision-boarding work-shopper, collage artist, meditator, guitar player, hiker and lover of books.
