Kim Van Lue

Hello! I'm Kim and I founded NorthSpring Leadership Consulting, Inc. because I believe life it too short to be unhappy at work. I work with leaders as a coach, advisor and consultant who helps them solve talent challenges and build thriving teams and organizations. Using proven frameworks and processes, I partner with clients to identify approaches that best meet their specific needs.

My experience in Human Resources and Talent Management spans more than 20 years and includes leadership roles in a variety of industries including distribution, financial services, higher education, manufacturing, and software. For more than 15 years, I led organizations as a member of the executive leadership team or functional leadership teams.

I holds multiple coaching certifications, with most of my coaching training drawing upon concepts of positive psychology. I am also a certified DiSC facilitator. I received my MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
