Through mentoring, coaching, training, consulting, motivational speaking, and being an influencer. To corporations, businesses, people, executives, coaches, and entrepreneurs. And simply those who are struggling to find out who they are, what their purpose is, finding their niche, and succeeding in life, business, marriage, and family.

Growing up on the on the Westside in St. Louis, Missouri, AJ faced immense challenges as a child. There were nights that he went hungry, nice things like name brand shoes, clothes and professional haircuts were just dreams during the long, cold nights. Throughout school, he faced bullying, children picking on him because he could not afford designer clothes and other luxury items. He resolved to make a better way for himself, taking his first step to entreprenuership when he was only 13 yrs of age, and never looking back.

Now he possesses a host of experiences and skills as a Renaissance Man, including Professional Sales Training, of which he became a Top Salesman in every sales environment he has ever worked in. Which also includes Retail Sales, Business to Business Sales, Telesales, Telemarketing, Call Center Training, ServSafe Food Certification, Fast Food Training, Fine Dining Training, Shift Management Skills that he learned from Mc'Donalds Corporation , Assistant Management Skills from Dollar Tree Stores, Store Management Skills from the RadioShack Corporation , Self Employment Skills, Business Owner Skills, and now Investor Skills have mostly all been self taught by the grace of GOD. The rest of his Business Experience comes from other Coaches, Mentors, Consultants, taking Master Classes, studying markets, reading, and keeping abreast of what's going on in the Marketplace everyday.

He was the first person to earn a High School Diploma in his family, as well as other great accomplishments and milestones in life as a first in his family. AJ went on to attend college, and is now working on earning his Master's in Divinity with an emphasis on Church Planting, as he is already an Ordained Pastor, and Consecrated Bishop in the LORD'S CHURCH.

In 2008 he remarried, and they birthed more children. Over the last 23 years, he has founded, owned, and operated multiple businesses as a Unique Entrepreneur, including MLMs, For-profits, and Nonprofits. He continues to look forward to a bright and successful future.
In addition to coaching in more ways than one, he is working on becoming an Author, returning to music as a Musician, an Aspiring Inventor, and continuing Civil Rights and Community Activism work in the inner cities around the U.S.A.

He has been married to the lovely, educated, and amazing Angela Hicks for over 14 years. AJ is her proud Husband, and a Wise Father of five, and a wonderful Grandfather of two. He and his Wife are natives of St. Louis, MO., and relocated to Chicagoland by way of Indiana in the middle of the covid-19 pandemic in August 2020, and are now Chicagoans and Hoosiers.
