While training to become a coach I realised that my focus area was actually not very focussed at all as I recognised that all aspects of your life play into decisions and problems. Ultimately its very hard to be successful in work if things in your personal life are wonky and vice versa. So I don’t have a traditional ‘niche’, instead I’m a life, careers and business coach because for me it’s about the person not the problem.

- Business Coaching: With a background in marketing and business management I support business owners and start ups through a range of challenges from launching a new product to team management.

- Life coaching: encouraging and supporting people to find happiness and fulfilment. Helping clients with challenges ranging from finding independence to maintaining a fitness regime, carving out 'me time' to building confidence.

- Career coaching: helping you develop the working life that makes you bounce out of bed. From changing careers to working on presentation skills, career coaching isn't just about getting the next promotion or figuring out which job to apply for!
