A no-nonsense Life Coach for MEN.

After years in the corporate world where I learned to coach my direct reports and others, I decided it was time to strike out on my own and help MEN reach their Personal Potential beyond their business world.

I follow an evocative model - which means I tend to ask a lot of questions that drive you to think deeply, even uncomfortably, until you get down to what's best for you. Then we work in partnership to develop a personal plan to reach your best goals. I add to my questions very direct communication (yet not directive) and reflective discussion about where you've come from,where you are,and where you want to be.

In our partnership, I will be responsible to oversee the process we follow in each coaching session. You will be responsible for your outcomes as a result of that process. Each time we're together, whether in person, by phone or web video (Zoom usually), you set the direction of the conversation, you set the desired outcome, you determine how you want to get there. I will shepherd you in the process.
