Coaching has changed my life. While in therapy I was stuck in the past, processing trauma, coaching gave me a present and a bright future. I am committed to bringing that bright future to everyone I coach and meet. “Leave people better than you found them” is my motto. My approach to mental health is holistic, I am trauma educated, I’m pursuing graduate studies in psychology and neuroscience of mental health, I focus on cognitive health, I am concussion and TBI educated, and I am a health and fitness professional also.
