As a Holistic Coach, I work with you to examine all areas of your life, Mind, Body and Spirit. A life coach takes an active, hands-on approach to work with individuals, couples, and groups in critical areas, like relationships, careers, study, sports performance, families, personal growth and development or finances. This may be accomplished through regularly scheduled meetings, where goal setting, homework and frequent monitoring of the progress of what has or hasn’t been made.
