Helping folks has come naturally to me for as long as I can remember. I enjoy holding a safe space for people to explore themselves through mindfulness and self-study.

I am a Scuba Instructor and Yoga leader. As a Scuba instructor, I see fear transformed into curiosity and insecurity transformed into confidence within my students.

As a yoga leader, I get to share my homegrown yoga practice in development since 2001. I meet folks where they are and support them on their journey to find a mindfulness practice that works for them and their lives.

I wear many hats in life and business. I am a Mompreneur, Adventurer, Aquatic performer, and so much more.
