Anais Babajanian

Prior to becoming a coach, my career had been marked by constant change. I went from working as a financial auditor at PwC to taking over (and selling) a family-owned insurance agency to becoming a coach. The experiences I’ve gained allows me to speak to the unique challenges that professionals and business owners face every day.

Though I've learned a lot, I felt isolated for much of my career, and it wasn't until I hired my own coach that I realized how crucial it is to have a partner who can pull you out of the ruts we fall into. My goal is to use the lessons I learned (the hard way) to be the guide for others that I needed earlier in my career.

I coach around a variety of topics, including:
• Overcoming analysis paralysis in the midst of a career change
• Exploring & pursuing career paths that align with your strengths, values, and identity
• Communication & management skills, including: delegation, setting boundaries, and self-advocacy
• Navigating cultural & generational differences in the workplace, including delineating roles and responsibilities
• Creating systems and processes that set you and/or your business up for success

My coaching style is based on direct and deep inquiry with a bias towards action – I work with you to dismantle the underlying assessments that hold you back and create ones that actually serve you so you can discover new possibilities that lead to the results you want. I will provide a safe space for you to explore and will hold you accountable to implement the steps and practices you need to reach your goals.

I'm a CPA by trade and have a B.S and M.A. in Accounting from the University of Houston. I am a graduate of the Newfield Network Coaching for Personal and Professional Mastery Training Program and am currently working towards by ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation.
