At Re-ellignment Coaching, my mission is to support my clients in overcoming the challenges that hinder them from living their dream lives. I offer a catch-all support system for my clients’ career, life, and business goals, from job search tools, coaching, movement expression, professional development, and human resources consulting, as well as a self-paced course to discover their dream job.

As your coach, I am a non-judgmental mirror, facilitating honest conversations about the gaps between who you aspire to be and where you currently fall short.

Clients appreciate my attentive listening skills, genuine heart, and collaborative spirit as I create a safe and accepting space to express themselves and explore their goals authentically.

With a playful style, I support individuals who strive for greatness and are committed to positively impacting themselves, others, and the world.

I live in Connecticut with my husband – Michael, son – Owen, and puppy – Nash. Although I am no longer a professional dancer, dance remains an integral part of my life. I’m an avid supporter of Boston sports teams to the degree that someone could consider me a professional fan.

At my core, expression is my brand. I envision a world where every person can authentically embody and express themselves in every aspect of their lives, free from judgment and danger. This belief fuels my dedication to coaching and offering a range of services that support individuals in aligning with their true selves and living fulfilled lives.

My career path has been diverse, encompassing marketing, social work, fashion, non-profit management, and a strong background in Human Resources. Although corporate Human Resources provided fulfillment, I often found it challenging to balance the needs of the business with those of the individual.

I sought closer connections with the people who make organizations great. By establishing Re-ellignment Coaching, I am free from the corporate overhead and can wholeheartedly champion individuals through their career, business, and life changes.

The most cherished treasures in my life are direct results of my transformative work with my coaches. This personal experience is what makes me confident in this modality. It drives me to be impactful and give back to the world.
