I offer individual career coaching services in Houston (Pearland), Texas via phone or video on topics including resume critiques, cover letter critiques, personal statement reviews, job search strategies, interviewing skills, LinkedIn profile reviews, career assessments such as Myers/Briggs, Strong Interest Inventory, Strength Quest, and CareerLeader, career transition, career change, and choosing a career.

In addition, I offer life coaching services centering around goal setting, accountability, stress management, and support. I help my clients gain clarity about their goals and how to achieve them. One way I do this is by creating a safe harbor where they can sort through their thoughts and figure out an action plan regarding their goals. My background in counseling has trained me to identify patterns and ask questions to help my clients achieve their goals.
