About Keshawn

On my path to recover from burnout and connect with purpose, I earned a Master’s degree in Strategic Communication and certifications in neuroscience-based coaching. I love my work as a Neurocoach, NeuroLeadership Consultant, and NeuroSavvy® founder and my mission is to help as many people as possible optimize their brains for better health and overall success.

I am passionate about supporting leaders who:

- are burned out, exhausted and ready to live successfully with more energy, wealth and ease.

- are doing all the right things to achieve success, but feel stuck like their wheels are spinning and they’re not moving forward at the level or speed they desire.

- are curious or passionate about personal development and open to learning new ways to improve and be their best selves.

- have all the external trappings of success (house, degrees, cars, career, relationship, etc.), but still find themselves asking, is there more and is this it?

My credentials provide a multidisciplinary perspective that draws from psychology, communications, business and brain science. I share simple, proven methods to help people successfully achieve their personal goals.

When I’m not working with people doing what I love, I can be found spending quality time with my cute family, walking my mini schnauzer on our favorite nature trail, or taking a scenic drive for a quick day trip getaway. I cherish time with my sister-friends at long, boisterous brunches and enjoy adventures traveling abroad.

Now, I want to learn about you! Schedule time to chat with me today.
