HI! Thank you for taking the time to read this profile. I have dedicated over 20 years to helping people all over the world, including while living overseas for more than a decade. With a background in nursing and counselling, I have a special talent for guiding clients through feelings of being "stuck," "floundering," or "lost" and leading them towards wholeness and well-being.

I create a safe space where clients can explore who they are and who they want to be by supporting clients every step of the way on their journey to self-discovery. My experiences with burnout, life changes, and spirituality have inspired me to help others navigate their paths.

I believe that change comes best through relationships and am passionate about coaching people through deconstruction, values clarification, work/life/family balance, challenging life changes, cross-cultural (or expat) experiences, and burnout. I am currently working towards certification with the International Coaching Federation and is committed to achieving Professional Coach certification.
