Anita Pieris

I’m am a ACC certified coach. My goal as a coach is to help clients achieve clarity and insight for their personal and professional goals. Over the past 20 years I have carefully cultivated my coaching craft through people leadership, career counselling, and development support for 200+ employees, people managers in retail, corporate and non-profit organizations.

I consider myself an “insights navigator” - I don’t commit to helping the client find solutions, rather to support in navigating their own ideas, thoughts, concerns, and ideas towards whatever insights or clarity they achieve.

I do so by asking thoughtful and balanced questions, leveraging the best practices I have gleaned from significant coaching experience and education, and most importantly modelling my golden standard for coaching - “People do not care how much you know, until they know how much you care”. It is the value and attribute that anchors most deeply my coaching style and approach.
