Liz Clifton, is mum of 4 fabulous girls, wife of a supportive hubby (this took work from us both 😜) and guardian of 2 Romanian rescue dogs and a schichon.

She's here to support you to step into your goals, vision and mission through Intuitive Leadership Mentoring, Reiki & Animal Reiki Teacher Training, Timeline Therapy®, NLP and Hypnosis in her monthly Lovelight Leadership group membership, relaxation sessions and bespoke 1:1 experiences.

As part of her ongoing mission to empower at least 3 million individuals (of any species) to create the clear, calm, connected, confidence to choose to be themselves with anyone, anywhere at anytime and enjoy at least 3 minutes of daily self care, love and joy.
