About Manisha

I build, lead and collaborate with purpose-driven organizations and individuals, driven by their compassion and care for the world. Over the years, I’ve built and supported non-profits that are re-thinking education, helped people navigate the process of finding meaningful careers, created communities centred around impact and entrepreneurship, and built cultures that prioritize diversity and inclusion.

All my work leads me to the idea that reflection and connection is at the heart of everything.
As an INFP and servant leader, I approach my work with intentionality and take a people-first approach that prioritizes value-alignment and purpose.

My current work spans from:
- Facilitating educational programs that inspire self-reflection and global citizenship
- Running coaching programs and reflection circles for women who are navigating transitions and exploring unconventional ways of living
- Bringing mindfulness and connection to organizations as a wellbeing consultant and facilitator

My personal journey has been filled with change and transition. I grew up as a third culture kid and lived in India, Uganda, Sweden, Ethiopia, Venezuela, and Canada. I became an immigrant in Canada and created a life that I eventually realized no longer felt aligned. I am now continuing on as a nomad through my motherland, India and around the world.

My experiences navigating deep societal and family conditioning, rebuilding from multiple cycles of burnout in the non-profit and startup world, trying many healing modalities to connect to my body and mind has all led me to consciously go through my own journey of unlearning and relearning, and sparked the desire to guide others through the same.

As a Coach and Facilitator, I hold space for different lived experiences and use a variety of modalities, frameworks, and tools that create a deeper state of grounding, connection, and alignment. I’ve been trained in yoga, meditation, facilitation and coaching techniques that allow you to create your own path of exploration and expansion.

You can often find me immersed in nature, practicing and sharing yoga, exploring my creative side, writing about conscious travel, making spaces more inclusive, and continuing to find ways to expand myself and support my community.
