My name is Tatyana, I was born in Russia, lived in China, and now live in the USA.
I am a coach with a psychological background, a woman, a wife, a mother, an emigrant, a dreamer...
We all face challenges and sometimes it can be difficult to accept the events and changes that happen in our lives. It can be difficult to cope with losses and new circumstances. It can be difficult to accept your body and the changes happening to it, and your life experiences.
Sometimes it feels like we are falling into a hole and don’t know how to get out of it. We need understanding and support, a strong hand that will help us rise and move on.
I have the utmost respect and compassion for my clients, I love being there for them, supporting them, and helping them overcome challenges, and I am proud to be a part of their life journey. I am happy to be with them and grateful to witness their successes and victories.
