With over 20 years of leadership experience in the instructional technology space (pharmaceutical and financial services), performance experience as an actor on stage and television, over half a decade as the “voice of Comcast,” and ontological coach training in India, I bring a broad range of experience to my work as a Life Coach.
My thirst for left-brain and right-brain stimulation has taken me from earning a bachelor’s degree in Film & Television from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts to achieving a Master’s degree in Communication, Computing, and Technology in Education from Columbia University Teachers College.
Transforming an aspect of your life, no matter how large or small, is powerful and empowering. I overcame a severe nicotine addiction and went on to complete 2 marathons. I’ve also created and nurtured a meditation practice which has exponentially increased my daily focus and productivity.
