I am a life coach, relationship coach and somatic sexologist with over 15 years of experience working collaboratively with clients to facilitate their healing, development, and growth. I offer life coaching for personal growth, relationship coaching for better communication and intimacy, and sex coaching for improved sexual satisfaction.
My holistic approach draws on my view of the body and mind as a dynamic integrated organic system in constant relationship with its environment. As a coach I am supportive, proactive and non-judgmental of your views, lifestyle and aspirations. I work to provide a safe, open, nurturing environment in which we can enrich, deepen and expand your experience of life. My approach is positive, existential-humanistic and somatically oriented. Each of my client’s desires and experience is absolutely unique and I am honored and deeply grateful to get to work with each of them as they heal and grow.
