Here’s my background:

I began coaching after finishing my masters degree in systems engineering and realized I wasn’t up for the traditional path. Engineering school did help me to be skilled at diagnosing and using processes when coaching clients.

I earned a health coach certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and have invested in more than $25,000 in my own training and development.

More recently, I trained at Landmark Worldwide through their core curriculum, introduction leaders program, and additional training in personal development courses.

I have many client success stories on my website.

My greatest personal success is overcoming the worst of chronic Lyme disease which taught me a lot about efficiently managing life.
