I am a NLP & Timeline Therapy Mental Health Coach and Matchmaker. I work with both men and women who are looking for a partner, however, I do not simply match two people together. I work with them in my 6-12mo coaching program to upgrade their life in the 9 Dimensions of Wellness: Physical, Emotional, Relational, Financial, Spiritual, Occupational, Intellectual, Environmental and Lifestyle... and then match them with other members who graduate the program. This ensures that I know their attachment styles, argument styles, a thorough background of who they are and what they want as well as their partner preferences and so much more!

I use Timeline Therapy to help trauma survivors heal from their past traumas and CPTSD and support them in developing a life that is fulfilling.

I truly care about people's mental wellbeing and know that it affects all the areas of life.
While I am a woman, I have had the unique opportunity to live life with the lens of a man throughout many past events I experienced growing up and into adulthood. My brain can easily transition from masculine to feminine therefore aiding me in supporting my clients best (no matter which gender).

While you do not have to be religious to work with me, I think it's important to share that I love and obey God/YHWH and have been saved by Messiah Yeshua/Jesus. I do pray before, during and after my sessions and invite the Holy Spirit during Timeline Therapy.
