I am a scholar-practitioner studying theology, ecology, & sabbath and a creative visionary who guides cultural architects in translating their contributions into content.

My current academic work is centered around locating means of increasing black well-being by way of rest, mental and spiritual restorative justice, and the healing of black connection with the earth.

In turn, I curate black-centered restorative frameworks, spaces, experiences, content, and coaching to aid faith practitioners, community leaders, cultural architects, and beyond in practicing Biblically sourced ways of well-being and passing the benefits on to the communities they serve.
