I know first hand what it feels like to have your heart broken and not know where to begin to heal.
Like you, I felt my heart had been damaged beyond repair. I cried a lot and felt sad and depressed all the time. My emotions were all over the place. I was stuck in a place of unforgiveness, and I didn't like who I had become. I had a huge hole in my heart that wore me down. I lost focus on who I was and couldn’t think clearly.

My life began to change when I found coaching. I no longer felt suffocated by my emotions and learned that I was created for so much more. This journey of healing made me want to help others like me.

I have been trained, licensed and certified and I now specialize in helping women like you heal from their brokenness. I have helped countless women like you for over 20+ years, who have attended my coaching program and became empowered in their journey of living a purposeful life.
