My superpower is working with women in midlife. Women who are seekers and dreamers. Women who know deep down that they are fearless and powerful, but who struggle to connect to that part of themselves.

Midlife can feel like a kick in the butt. Maybe you’ve had a recent job loss, experienced the death of a loved one, your relationships feel stale, you’re struggling with caring for an aging parent, your body is changing in ways that fill you with dread, or feel anxious about the future.

Maybe you’ve outgrown your younger self but feel uncertain of who you’re becoming.

We are all born creative, intuitive and magical. But as we hit our forties, we get bogged down with day to day responsibilities. We’re on autopilot, separated from our wants, out of touch and unsure of our needs.

That fearless, powerful part of ourselves can feel inaccessible.

We see an aging stranger in the mirror and think- “is that who I am now ?”

I am here to help you live an intentional life of joy and magic. I am therapist by trade, but an artist and creative at heart. I moved from the traditional psychotherapy space into coaching after my own rough midlife transition. After a cross country move, the death of my mother and a radical hysterectomy -all within 3 years-I was reeling. Through my own spiritual work combined with my clinical expertise, I was able to find solace at first, than acceptance, and later radical joy.

I now know that as much as our faces and bodies change, as much as our circumstances shift, that internal core of ourselves, connected to joy and possibility, is constant.

It simply needs to be rediscovered.
