I coach people who are at odds with themselves and who do not know who they really are or what they really want. Do you have the feeling that you do not have enough strength to be yourself? It does not have to be like that. You can discover your strength and find answers that will make you feel at peace with yourself, happy, and fulfilled. The reason you feel this way is probably because you have put yourself last by serving the needs of others and not being loyal to yourself.
My “Discover, Understand, and Empower Yourself” program is about getting to know yourself in depth and discovering what your true needs and desires are. It's about understanding, loving, and empowering yourself to say, “Yes, I am this person, and that's okay!” We will start by getting to know your personality, finding out what is significant to you, and being able to live with more freedom, well-being, and fulfillment.
My clients have been able to free themselves from many things they never thought possible and have found new motivations and goals in life.
I studied psychology and psychoanalytic psychotherapy at the University of Zurich. In Mexico, I then trained as a psychoanalyst and later as a coach at the ICC in London and as an enneagrammist at the Enneagram Institute. Since then, I have been able to integrate all my knowledge into a new form of coaching that I call inner-strengthening coaching. It is aimed at people like you who want to grow and achieve a higher quality of life by strengthening their relationships with themselves, their partners, and their children, as well as their work. I have written several books that are the basis for this program and the courses I teach: OntoPsyche: Beyond the Enneagram and Psychoanalysis, Vols. I and II, and Family: The 7 Secrets to Your Best Family Life. I have over 35 years of experience in clinics, schools, and private practice. I am here for you to set you on the path to discovering who you really are and what you really need.
I offer sessions in Spanish, German, and English.
