I have always been fascinated with learning about people's journeys and experiences. I believe we all have something to learn from one another; that's how I got started as a counselor.

While providing therapy, I quickly learned the importance of healing oneself in order to effectively heal others. I began to delve further into my own healing journey and discovered a passion and transformation in my mindset and approach to life that I hadn't been able to tap into despite years of traditional therapy. I learned that we are all connected beautiful souls with something to offer and a purpose to share.
