About Taylor
I’m a former college professor turned ADHD and executive functioning coach. I specialize in sustainable productivity and well-being for adults and young adults.
I use a compassionate, strengths-oriented, and evidence-based approach to help clients accomplish their goals. Some of the issues I can help with include executive functioning, burnout recovery, relationships, career, college, grad school, stress, parenting, and household tasks.
I have particular expertise in supporting college students, graduate students, academics, and K-12 educators.
Prior to becoming an ADHD coach, I spent over a decade working in the field of education as a college professor, researcher, and K-12 teacher. I am a mom and stepmom, and my family lives in southern California with our two cats. When I’m not helping clients or researching mental health, I enjoy yoga, time in nature, genre fiction, role-playing games, and hanging out with my family.
