The most important thing you might want to know about me is that I, too, have ADHD. I’ve been where you are, and I get the struggle. I can offer you compassion, acceptance, and help to build a path towards success.

My credentials:

I have been coaching for around 30 years. Until recently, my coaching was mostly in organizational settings.

I was formally trained in life and executive coaching through the highly-respected year-long Fielding Graduate University’s Comprehensive Evidence-Based Coaching program.

I have a designated PCC (Professional Coach Certification) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF)

Along my coaching journey, I noticed that so many of my clients had the same symptoms I experience with my ADHD. I was curious about that. So, back to school I went — to the ADDCA (ADD Coach Academy) Advanced Professional ADHD Coaching Certification program — the gold standard in ADHD coach training.

I now focus on life coaching, specializing in adults (from college age to seniors) with executive function issues and ADHD. I am passionate about helping others with this challenge and would love to work with you, too. I have learned that ADHD may limit some things for us, but it also bestows some beautiful gifts. We are smart, empathetic, and creative problem solvers, just to name a few of our super powers. Our work together will be to highlight and create strategies to use your beautiful gifts so that you may live your most wonderful life, with grace, confidence, and delight!

On a personal note - I am a learning nerd and love to learn new things. I’m endlessly curious and have a ton of books – some of which I’ve actually read! (ADHD insider joke).

Along with my coaching certifications, I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in applied psychology and a Master of Science degree in organization development and leadership.
