My name is Al Robinette and I have a deep belief that in order to reach our full potential we have to first understand ourselves on a deeper level. Then use that knowledge to better understand those around us adding value to the world we live.

I truly believe having a coach are part of your professional growth is essential. If you think about any of the top athletes in the world they all had great coaches as part of their team. The best boxers all have amazing people in their corner who serve different purposes in supporting the fighter toward victory.

I have over 20 years of experience in business and I have worked for and with a wide range of individuals, businesses, and industries.

I am a lifelong learner and have a passion for developing my skills allowing me to support you even better. I have acquired a number of certifications including being a Certified Member of the John Maxwell Team as a speaker and coach in addition to a Certified Professional Career Coach.

As an I/O Psychology Practitioner, I employ a range of effective tools and resources to help you.

I hold certifications as a Certified Professional Analyst in DISC Behavior, Driving Forces, Competencies Acumen Capacity, Emotional Intelligence, and Strong Interest Inventory
