About Britt

Hey, I’m Britt. My pronouns are she/they.

I aim to be a soft space to land for all of those works-in-progress out there that want to leave their harsh inner critic behind and know that they are enough exactly as they are.

I know what it’s like to feel stuck in a life that you don’t want to be living. To wish that you could push the fast forward button on life to just get through it. To be envious of the people who are pursuing a life they want to be living.

Imagine a world where we were encouraged to show up authentically and didn’t feel like we needed to play a role to fit in - we could be who we truly are.

It took coming out to start to accept parts of myself, getting sober to start to get to know who I am and like who I am and it took getting laid off from Corporate America for me to take a chance on myself. Even then I took another job and had to experience how truly miserable it made me to finally leave what I thought was stability to bet on myself.

It will always be a work in progress. I believe we become more and more ourselves throughout our lives or at least I hope we do. And that we don’t do it alone. We all need support along the way.

I offer support for the folks that want to live their life differently - that want to step away from who they are expected to be and get to know who they are and what they want. We are all faced with moments throughout our lives where we have to pause and ask ourselves, do I want to continue on the path I’m moving along or do I want to change directions?

My focus is on the internal work that needs to be done to create sustainable changes in people’s lives so they can:
- Move in the direction they want to be moving in.
- Believe in their ability to create change.
- Work through the blockages that come up along the way.
- Develop a care practice to navigate day-to-day life.
- Remember who they are and what they are capable of.

My mission is to support people through coaching to be confident in who they are and live a life they’re proud of.

I believe that showing up authentically in our lives is an extremely powerful change agent that creates a ripple in the lives of those around us and the communities we’re a part of.

Imagine what it could be like if people felt free to be who they are and didn’t feel like they needed to fit in to belong.

That’s the world I want to be part of creating.
