About Larisa
Most people don’t need more advice. They need a mirror that tells the truth and a structure that makes change possible.
I’m a philosophy-trained self-discovery coach and writer. My work sits at the intersection of pattern recognition, emotional clarity, and practical direction, the place where insight becomes a real decision, and a decision becomes a new way of living. Together, we slow down the noise, identify what keeps repeating (in love, work, confidence, boundaries), and build a simple next-step strategy that fits your real life—not your ideal mood, not your “perfect week,” not the version of you who never gets tired.
Underneath the wounds, the stories you tell yourself, the shame, the habits you learned to survive, and the mountain of things you’ve been carrying… there is still something intact. You are capable, valuable and more powerful than the part of you that currently feels stuck. My work isn’t about “fixing you.” It’s about helping you return to yourself with honesty, compassion, and with having a plan you can actually implement.
You might be high-functioning, creative, and exhausted. You might look put together on the outside, while inside you’re living in overthinking loops, burnout cycles, emotional fog, or that familiar pressure of: “I know what I should do… but I can’t move.” You might be the one who holds everyone else together—and yet you feel like you’re quietly falling behind yourself. In our work together, we translate inner chaos into language, choices, and movement: we name what’s happening, uncover why it persists, and create a path forward that doesn’t require you to compromise your sensitivity in order to succeed.
A core part of my approach is what many people avoid: the shadow. You should not feel like this is something scary or dramatic, but as the unseen side of you that quietly runs the show, your fears, your defenses, the parts that learned to protect you, the patterns you keep repeating even when you “know better.” We bring what’s hidden into the light with care and precision. We acknowledge your duality as a human being: the part of you that wants change, and the part of you that clings to the familiar. And instead of fighting yourself, we work with you—so your growth becomes sustainable, not another performance.
This space is especially supportive if you:
* feel emotionally overwhelmed, numb, or burned out
* are stuck in indecision, second-guessing, or people-pleasing
* keep repeating the same relationship dynamics (attraction, avoidance, anxiety, control)
* feel blocked creatively, disconnected from your voice, or afraid to be seen
* want structure, but you shut down when life becomes too rigid
* sense you’re meant for more, but you don’t trust your own direction yet
* are “at the end of your rope” or simply tired of coping and calling it a life
I work well with people who are willing to be seen and heard—whether you come in loud and ready, or quiet and guarded. Some clients arrive with a clear problem. Others arrive with a vague ache, a heaviness, a sense of “something is missing,” or a deep longing to feel like themselves again. Both are welcome. The goal is never to overwhelm you with concepts or “more things to do.” The goal is to give you **clarity that lands**, and steps that create momentum.
What you can expect from this work:
* A truthful mirror: clear, compassionate, accurate
*Pattern mapping: what repeats, what triggers it, what keeps you looping, what you’re protecting
*Belief excavation: the hidden rules you live by, which are often inherited, conditioned, or trauma-shaped
*Emotional clarity: naming what you actually feel, not what you think you should feel
* Boundaries and decisions: clean “yes,” clean “no,” and the courage to honor them
*Practical direction: a structure you can apply immediately, even on low-energy days
*Reconnection to your creativity: no forced productivity, but true access to your inner flow
*Freedom from within: not “perfect circumstances,” but inner steadiness and self-trust.
I don’t promise you the world. I don’t sell fantasy. But I can promise this: I will meet you with depth, precision, and presence. Some journeys need to be taken alone, yes, but others are transformed by the right company. When you have the right asset beside you, you stop spiraling in the same questions, and you start blooming. You begin to find inspiration again, the kind that comes from finally being aligned with yourself.
How we can work together:
1) Live 1:1 sessions (fast clarity, decisions, action plans)
This is for you if you want real-time dialogue, a clean mirror, and immediate movement. We cut through confusion, name the pattern, and build a next-step plan that’s realistic and tailored to you.
2) Written coaching (longform replies) - (private, deep, ongoing pattern shifts)
This is for you if you think best in writing and want space to go all the way in. You share what’s happening, and I respond with a detailed written mirror—insight, reframes, prompts, and practical assignments—so you can integrate the work steadily, week by week.
If you want a space that’s both tender and honest, you’re in the right place. Message me with what you’re stuck in (2–5 lines is enough), and we can discuss the best format for you.
