About Coach Jen

You don’t need another coach telling you to ‘just be more disciplined.’ You need someone who actually gets how your brain works—and helps you build a life that works with it, not against it.

I don’t do one-size-fits-all. I don’t do ‘just try harder.’ And I definitely don’t do systems that require you to pretend you’re someone you’re not.

What I do is help you untangle the chaos, call out the bullshit (including your own), and finally figure out how to show up for yourself in a way that feels sustainable. Whether you’re a high-achiever who’s secretly drowning, an entrepreneur who’s great at ideas but struggles with follow-through, or someone who’s spent years trying to fit into a system that was never built for them—this is where we start making it make sense.

No gimmicks. No ‘grind culture’ pep talks. Just real, strategic coaching that helps you move your way.

What I Do:
🔥 ADHD & Burnout Coaching – Because ‘just try harder’ isn’t a strategy. I help you break free from cycles of exhaustion and build something sustainable.
🔥 Entrepreneurial Coaching – Running a business with a brain that refuses to color inside the lines? Good. Let’s build something that actually works for you.
🔥 Career Evolution – You’re not broken. The system is. Whether you’re redefining success or pivoting entirely, we make sure your next move aligns with who you actually are.
🔥 Communication & Boundaries – Saying what you need (without over-explaining, guilt-tripping yourself, or setting yourself on fire to keep others warm).
🔥 Self-Trust & Confidence – Helping you stop second-guessing yourself, quit people-pleasing, and own the damn room.

This isn’t about squeezing yourself into another system that wasn’t built for you. It’s about making your way the best way. Let’s figure that out.
