Hi, I’m Charles Fernández — a two-time Olympian, executive coach, and founder of IMPACTA.

I work with high performers, leaders, and mission-driven individuals who are navigating transition, carrying high expectations, or quietly asking themselves, “What’s next?” My role is to help you realign with who you are — beyond the pressure, titles, or outward success — so you can lead and live with clarity, confidence, and peace.

With a background in elite athletics, business leadership, and humanitarian advocacy, I bring both depth and strategy to every coaching relationship. I also integrate powerful tools — including genetic & cognitive profiling, performance psychology, and career mapping — to create a personalized, data-informed experience that leads to real transformation.
