Jennifer Young

Hello and kia ora! I'm Jennifer (Jen) Young, based in Auckland, New Zealand. I'm an award-winning & professionally certified leadership & career coach, coach mentor, facilitator and workplace wellbeing consultant. I've had the privilege to have delivered leadership development, emotional & mental wellbeing and workplace culture development workshops plus coached hundreds of leaders and youth locally and internationally in a variety of different industries, organisations and schools. Some of my clients have included Google Cloud, ICANN US, Verve Ireland, Ministry of Education, Westpac, Horowhenua District Council, Scots College & AA Insurance. I founded Intentional Generations in 2017, plus contract to the NeuroLeadership Institute as one of their coach trainers and coach mentors in the APAC region. In my spare time I co-facilitate the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards Oceania programme, volunteer with Camp Quality & StartUp Weekend, facilitate community groups for women, dance, write and organise retreat weekends with friends.
