I provide a judgement-free and confidential space nurtured by grace. I encourage and provide gentle nudges of accountability as women and couples define their values and strengths, make decisions, and take action to get the results they want.

I have 20+ years experience of counseling & coaching others, as a counselor, missionary, ministry leader, and pastor’s wife. I understand the unique struggles of these roles and now walk with others seeking to make changes in their present circumstances.

In my spare time, I love hiking with my family in our beautiful Colorado mountains, gardening with my gardener(hubby), cuddling with our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel - Oakley, and chatting with friends over chai tea lattes.
