About Alexandra

Alexandra Popkova is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC ICF) with over 1,500 hours of coaching and 15 years of international experience in HR, Talent, and Organizational Development. Her career spans Latin America, the Caribbean, the Middle East, India, Eastern Europe, Russia, and the United States, where she has supported executives, expats, and leadership teams—including leaders from various United Nations agencies—through complex personal and professional transitions.

As a Certified Embodiment Coach and Master Intelligent Leadership® Coach, Alexandra has worked with clients from over 35 countries, bringing a culturally informed and emotionally intelligent approach to help leaders navigate uncertainty, embrace change, and translate strategy into actionable results. She specializes in expat transitions, guiding individuals to adapt to new cultural environments while staying true to their identity. Having lived in 5 countries herself, she offers grounded, firsthand insight into building a fulfilling life and career abroad.

In addition to her coaching work, Alexandra is an active consultant, advising organizations on talent strategy, cultural alignment, and leadership development. She has held senior executive positions in Organizational Development, Talent, and HR at Accedo, Concentrix, and TripleTen, partnering with senior leadership to design leadership pipelines, empower first‑time leaders, and help organizations thrive in fast‑changing environments. She is also known for designing curricula and learning programs from scratch, end to end, ensuring they align with business needs and drive measurable impact. Known for her ability to bring clarity in times of uncertainty, she is often the person organizations call when something needs to get done but no one is sure what or how.

Alexandra also serves as a faculty member at CoachingUp University, teaching ICF‑standard coaching programs to students worldwide and mentoring future coaches in building meaningful, impact‑driven practices. She was invited to teach classes within a specialization course for faculty members aspiring to become mentors for startups and innovation at the Universidad Nacional de Jaén in Peru. She was also a guest speaker at CESA – Colegio de Estudios Superiores de Administración, one of Colombia’s top two business schools, where she spoke on cross‑cultural communication and international business relationships.

Currently, Alexandra serves as a Cross‑Regional Director at John Mattone Global Inc., leading cultural transformation initiatives and executive coaching programs worldwide. She also acts as the Americas Community Lead for a professional coaching community at TaskHuman.
