I work with people who want real change - whether that’s achieving specific goals, exploring who they truly are, or simply having a safe space to be heard without judgment.

Personally, I deeply value freedom and equity. I want the freedom in how I live, feel, and make choices for myself, and you should all be afforded this same autonomy. Everyone deserves the space and opportunity to be themselves. I believe in fairness and justice, with people being treated as they need rather than all the same. I feel strongly about giving each person a fair chance and being given what they need to be able to succeed.

For over 10 years, I’ve led and coached teams, helping people grow and bring out their best at work. While I enjoy that, I found what excites me most is coaching the whole person and not just their role. I now get to use all this experience, along with my curious nature, into supporting my clients as they grow, reach milestones and transform their lives. It’s an incredible thing to witness.

As an EMCC Accredited Coach, I provide a supportive space where you can uncover limiting beliefs, break through what’s holding you back, and create sustainable change that lasts.

I’m passionate about supporting others, and myself, build lives that truly fit them. Being part of the LGBTQ+ community 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️, living with ADHD, and navigating huge life transitions have helped shape me. All of these experiences have granted me perspective and empathy which is brought into my coaching. I may not have your exact experiences, but that doesn’t stop me from being in your corner.
