About Caroline

I help professionals navigate career transitions and growth with a "person first, job second" philosophy that prioritizes sustainable success over quick fixes.

With an Ed.D. in Organizational Change and Leadership from USC and seven years of career development experience—including serving as Director of Internship Programs & Employer Relations at USC Dornsife—I bring both academic rigor and practical expertise to our work together. As a Senior Professional Resilience Coach (IACC) with training in Positive Intelligence and Mental Health First Aid, I specialize in integrating mental health and career strategy.

My approach is particularly valuable for professionals navigating career transitions while managing mental health challenges. I created a six-part "Career Navigation for People with Mood Disorders" workshop series that earned the 2025 Outstanding Peer Leader Award from the Depression Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA).

Whether you're recovering from a layoff, exploring a major career change, re-entering the workforce, or seeking greater alignment between your work and values, I'll help you build a career path that honors your whole self—professionally, personally, and emotionally.
