Coaching Approach
Coaching is my passion because I've been there! I know what it’s like to need clarity through change: engineer-educator-technologist-coach. Career transitions, personal growth and development, and boundary setting are difficult processes that no one should have to do alone.

Our work together will help you find your voice — at work, in relationships, and in life — so you can step into your potential, access greater opportunities, and get what you need to do your best work and live your most fulfilling life. My heartfelt goal for you is to rekindle your deepest dreams and live as the purest form of yourself.

My coaching style focuses on uncovering the narratives that hold you back and creates a plan of action for what to do and say tomorrow. I provide a supportive, focused coaching environment where you come as you are, even if you don’t feel like you can be 100% you anywhere else. Yet. I'm here to help you feel confident so you can be truly you. I am straightforward, open, and transparent, and you can be too. Compassion, kindness, and acceptance of others are my core values. Personal Background
When I’m not coaching, you will find me with my 3 pups, 11 chickens, and a duck. Who says you can’t have a mini-farm in the heart of Dallas? Or, I might be ballroom dancing. The Viennese Waltz is the current challenge.
