About Kimberly
Kimberly believes that optimal health is our birthright. With optimal health, we can experience all that we came here to do and be.
Kimberly’s insights into healing have helped her recover her vitality after living with Chronic Lyme disease for almost two decades.
In her 1:1 signature coaching program and online courses, Kimberly teaches people to up-level their health. Whether a person experiences chronic pain, difficulty sleeping, digestive issues, heart dysfunction, brain fog, vertigo, or anxiety, Kimberly supports people to create the life that they desire.
Kimberly helps women in menopause or experiencing a dark night of the soul to better understand how food, lifestyle, and trauma may be impacting them. She listens and observes to uncover the root causes of symptoms whether they be physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual.

She received her Yoga Teacher training from Chitra Giaque while at The Āyurvedic Institute and worked in Dr. Lad's Panchakarma clinic after graduation. Chandra Hunter Swedlow and Dan Leven mentored Kimberly in somatic breathwork and movement therapies.
Kimberly taught Āyurvedic Bodywork Techniques at Sacred Stone Massage School in Portsmouth, RI. As operations manager for a Connecticut spa, she oversaw a $2 million facilities renovation and staffing expansion. In her private practice, Kimberly harnesses the power of Āyurveda and Yoga to help people thrive despite chronic health conditions which range from cancer to unrelenting pain. She teaches yoga in her community both one-on-one and in group classes.
When she’s not helping clients with Āyurveda and Yoga , you'll find Kimberly hiking in a pine forest with her golden retriever or in her kayak photographing sunsets.
