Hi, I'm King Lexie, a certified professional coach and owner of Consultório. Since 2016, I’ve guided clients both online and in person to overcome obstacles, embrace their authenticity, and build lives that reflect their true passions. With a background as a professional creative, queer mentor, and educator, I bring a unique perspective that goes beyond traditional coaching—drawing from my own unconventional experiences and studies in somatics and education.

My coaching approach combines habit science, nervous system regulation, and creative expression to address the root causes of what's holding you back. Together, we’ll pinpoint the habits and thought patterns that keep you stuck, rewire your nervous system's response to stress, and ignite your creative energy to unlock new possibilities.
