I’m Agus Ferrari — and if I had to sum myself up, I’d probably say I’m an “everythingologist.”

Why? Because my path has taken me through a wide range of disciplines: I hold a degree in International Relations, a Master’s in National Defense, and I’ve specialized in Corporate Affairs and Ontological Coaching. Different worlds, one same curiosity: understanding how people, power, and decisions really work.

My professional journey has placed me in high-complexity geopolitical environments, where I coordinated logistics for the Government of the City of Buenos Aires during global events such as the G20, WTO Conferences, presidential summits, and United Nations meetings. Those experiences gave me a deep understanding of strategy and decision-making under pressure.

But what truly defines my work lives at a deeper intersection:
I move with ease between external complexity and inner complexity.

I believe meaningful leadership isn’t built on strategy alone, but on coherence — on the alignment between what we do, who we are, and how we choose to lead.

In 2020, I founded The Power of Inner Listening (El Poder de Escucharte in spanish - IG @poder.escucharte), my consulting practice, where I support women through both personal and professional journeys, helping them grow and expand their projects without losing themselves in the process. I’ve guided over 400 processes across 18 countries, often working at that turning point where pressure stops being a driver and starts becoming a limitation.

My purpose is clear: to guide women and organizations through personal and professional transformations, supporting the shift from pressure to coherence, and co-creating impact-driven cultures rooted in conscious leadership and expansive listening.
