As an ICF-certified coach, I help high-achievers find greater alignment and satisfaction in their work and lives.

My coaching is guided by my drive to support people in creating the life that’s right for them by putting aside others’ expectations, setting boundaries at work and at home, engaging in intentional productivity, and getting clarity on their own priorities and values.

I’ve always been interested in understanding how people think, grow, and change over time. That’s what lead me to earn my Ph.D. in developmental psychology. It’s also why I enjoy being a coach! Nothing makes me happier than supporting my clients through career transitions and life changes.
