Hi, I’m Katy!

I am an Certified Adult Chair® Coach. I spent most of my life meandering, unaware of my full potential, feeling lost and not quite myself. I was stuck.

I help people who have been feeling foggy or numb raise their self awareness in order to be free of limiting beliefs, use discernment to make choices in their best interest and break the cycles of conditioned behavior.

As your coach, I will provide tools and resources, including your own energy, to help you get unstuck, lift the fog that’s been surrounding you and rediscover your magic - the essence that makes you you!
