About Chanda

I started my coaching practice because I kept noticing the same gap: people with ADHD who were smart, motivated, and genuinely trying — but working with health and fitness frameworks that weren't built for how their brains and bodies actually function.

My background is in health coaching (IIN certified), and my work sits at the intersection of exercise science, sleep science, nutrition, and hormonal biology. I care a lot about the mechanisms behind things — why your cortisol pattern affects your motivation, how sleep architecture changes your appetite, what's actually happening when exercise improves executive function. That understanding shapes the work I do with clients.

Most of my work is with adults with ADHD, though the physiology-first approach tends to resonate with anyone who has felt like standard health advice just doesn't land the way it should. We figure out what's actually going on, and build from there.

I'm also a firm believer that you should understand your own body — not just follow a plan. So a big part of what I do is translating the science in a way that's actually usable.
