He uses neuroscience, ontological work and embodied/generative experiential practices to transform the capacity and capability in the direction of success. He's a CTI trained coach. He's studied somatic, generative and ontological coaching. He's also trained and has taught embodied and generative leadership. He has specialized embodiment and generative trauma-informed training. He delivers, individual, team and department coaching. He also provides facilitation, consulting and mediation work. He has experience in high paced environments like biotech, health care and the utility space. In addition, he's worked with state, local and federal government. He's also worked with non-profits.
