About Nissrine

I’m Nissrine, a Canadian Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Mindful Nutrition and Wellness Coach based in Italy and serving the world.

I’m a self-care advocate and a self-proclaimed whole food junkie who is passionate about helping busy women achieve mind-body-soul wellness, on their own terms.

I believe that taking small consistent steps, cultivating sustainable habits, and overcoming mindset blocks and limiting beliefs amount to positive life-changing transformations.

My approach is grounded in reconnecting women to their innate wisdom, empowering them to make balanced choices through evidence based nutrition education, and guiding them to reach their full potential with self-love, self-kindness and self-compassion.
