Latonya Brumfield

Latonya has been coaching family, friends, colleagues, associates, patients and even sometimes the random stranger in the grocery store for about 15 years. As a nurse of almost 20 years, she first developed the skill of coaching out of a desire to see her patients achieve their health goals. Over the years, that skill has become a way of life for her. Having witnessed the devastation of COVID-19 first hand, Latonya entered 2021 with new impetus and purpose. That impetus has evolved into Always UP Coaching (AUPC). She has translated some of her own life vision and mission into the vision and mission of AUPC. She wanted to make her skills and talents available to as many people as she could and help them achieve their goals, realize their dreams, and ultimately live a more fulfilled life. She sought out to hone her coaching skills further by acquiring certification as a professional life coach (CPLC). Latonya believes in miracles and that she can coach anyone in the process of creating their own miracles too.
